All Mesa Sign Shop products are custom produced to order. Payment is due at the time the order is placed and materials may not be produced before payment is made.
All sales are final. Returns are not allowed unless there is a material defect in the product and a claim is made within 7 days of receipt/pickup of the product. We are the sole determiner if there is such defect and will offer a replacement or refund at our sole discretion. Damages or defects due to transportation, particularly by customers picking up their orders, is not covered by this policy. Claims made after 7 calendar days, regardless of weekends, holidays, vacations, etc. will not be honored. To make a claim, please email info at mesasignshop dot com.
